Everyone’s barking about October on Holden Beach! The Town of Holden Beach is hosting Barktoberfest on Friday, October 24, 2025.
What is Barktoberfest? Owners and their dogs will meet at Town Hall at 5:30 PM and then do a trick-or-trot on the island. There, everyone will enjoy seeing the cute doggie costume contest and taking fall pictures.
Note: Pre-registration is required for participants by the first week in October by emailing Christy at [email protected].
If you’re in the neighborhood, come enjoy the cute pups in their festive attire!
