The historic Bellamy Mansion was built in 1859 for a wealthy Southern family, who wanted a classic home with modern amenities. Today, the mansion, as well as the slave quarters and gardens, are open to the public for educational purposes.
Mission: The Bellamy Mansion Museum of History and Design Arts is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to interpreting the social and architectural history of the Bellamy Mansion and promoting a greater understanding of historic preservation, architectural history and restoration methods in North Carolina.
HOURS
Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
ADMISSION
Adults: $12
Senior and Military Discount: $10
Students: $6
Children under 5 and members receive free admission.
